Jump Learning Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Tutoring Sessions

Clients may cancel scheduled tutoring sessions by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Notice of cancellation should be communicated to Jump Learning via email or phone. In the absence of 24 hours' notice, the tutoring session will be considered a late cancellation.

2. Late Cancellation Policy

For late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice), clients will be charged the full cost of the scheduled tutoring session. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, such as sudden illness or emergencies, at the discretion of Jump Learning.

3. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. In the case of a no-show, the client will be charged the full cost of the session.

4. Tutor Cancellations

In the event that a tutor must cancel a scheduled session, Jump Learning will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at a time convenient for the client. If rescheduling is not possible, the client will not be charged for the canceled session.

5. Refund Policy

a. Unused Sessions: Clients may request a refund for any prepaid, unused tutoring sessions. The refund will be processed based on the number of remaining sessions, minus any applicable administrative fees.

b. Service Dissatisfaction: If a client is dissatisfied with the tutoring services provided by Jump Learning, they may request a refund for the sessions in question. The refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Jump Learning is committed to addressing and resolving any concerns raised by the client.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within three business days from the date of the refund request. The actual time it takes for the refund to be credited to the client's account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

7. Changes to Tutoring Packages

Clients may request changes to their tutoring packages, such as upgrading or downgrading the number of sessions, by contacting Jump Learning. Changes are subject to availability and must be agreed upon by both parties.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is effective as of the 1st of January 2024 and supersedes any prior versions. Jump Learning reserves the right to update or modify this policy, and any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.
